my mk3 gti keeps stalling when i come 2 a junction.throttle body, hoses. ok

my mk3 golf gti '96 has been into the garage 4 times now.
throttle body is ok, had a hose replaced, full service.and any faults have been wiped, and didnt reapear
she keep stalling when i come to a juntion, starts again fine. she seems to have a problem with idling. she cuts out when the engine is both cold and hot. im at a loss now.

Has the garage done anything besides clearing faults? Have they replaced or cleaned anything at all?

the mechanic says the throttle body is ok. he replaced a vacume hose from the servo i believe, new plugs filters and iol change
