my driver side door lock does not auto lock when car is moving and fuel door wont release

Problems just started today. Drivers drivers door lock sounds like it tries to work but can't, same with fuel door lock. Also the drivers side power mirror switch broke and I replaced it some time ago. The mirror has never worked since,when I try it the dash lights flash every time I try to adjust the mirror.
I do most all of my vehicle repairs but this multi problem with the electrical components has me baffled!! Can you give an idea where to start and what to check?!!
